The Support system may be accessed from the "More" tab, "Support and Online Documentation" menu item. From this page you may check the online knowledge base and support forums. If you are unable to resolve your problem use the "Send Email Request" item from the menu. When submitting try to supply as much information as possible to help us diagnose and correct the problem.

Yes it works with HTC Android phones. You may download HVAC Buddy, Duct Calc, and Pressure Temperature apps through Android Market.
